Garlic and Rosemary Roasted Potatoes
These potatoes go perfectly as a side dish to any protein.
Ingredients
Baby redskin potatoes
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of garlic powder or garlic salt
1 teaspoon of rosemary
Wash and scrub the potatoes before you cook them. Potatoes HAVE to be cleaned before you eat them since they're sold with dirt still on them. Once the potatoes are clean, dry them and cut them. I decided to quarter the potatoes but you can also cut them in halves or eighths.
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder or salt and rosemary. I just used the a fork to combine the ingredients.
Preheat the oven to 400°F, then place the potatoes on a baking sheet that has been lined with tin foil. Brush the potatoes with the oil mixture. If you used garlic salt, you probably don't need to add more salt. If you just used powder, then add a little salt to the potatoes before you put them in the oven.
Bake the potatoes for 30 minutes, rotating the baking sheet occasionally.
